Hi there, I’m Hsintzu (Cindy) Chang, an industrial designer with a specialization in furniture, home goods, and design strategy. My body of work has been focused on exploring the ways in which we can utilize design to improve our daily lives through an integration of function, aesthetics, and storytelling to create products that are both functional and beautiful. My works have been recognized globally, with awards from the IDA Design Awards, A’ Design Award, SIT Furniture Design Award, Paris Design Awards, Design MasterPrize, NY Architectural Design Awards, C-IDEA, and Asia Design Prize.

Professionally, my experience as an industrial designer has been focused on creating and delivering spatial, furniture, and product experiences for several high-end brands across the globe, such as Gucci, Prada, Jacquemus, Valentino, Loro Piana, and Clear, among others. This has involved working with various teams to ensure that projects are executed from initial concepts through technical drawings, production, and finally, installation.

My passion as a designer has been to create thoughtful, human-centered designs, whether it is creating a piece of furniture or defining a new direction in design for my clients.
