Hsintzu(Cindy) Chang is an interdisciplinary designer specializing in furniture, home goods, and consumer products. With a background in chemistry, she integrates scientific knowledge and a logical mindset into her design process, creating innovative and functional solutions grounded in material understanding. Currently completing her Master’s in Industrial Design at Pratt Institute (graduating May 2025), Cindy has worked across a range of design categories, including furniture, consumer products, home goods, and medical devices.

She previously worked as a Product Design Intern at Yigal Azrouel in New York, where she designed and developed furniture, home goods, and fashion collections in alignment with the brand’s luxury aesthetic. Her work included research, ideation, sketching and technical drawings, 3D modeling, rendering, and supplier coordination, ensuring production feasibility and quality at every stage.

Educated at Imperial College London and the Royal College of Art, Cindy’s interdisciplinary background has strengthened her collaborative and research-driven approach to design. She is passionate about crafting thoughtful, refined, and aesthetically compelling products that elevate daily experiences by addressing real human needs with care and clarity.
